Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the services provided by AICallPartners ("AICallPartners," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services —

AICallPartners provides voice AI–enabled call handling, automation, and live call center services, including automated voice interactions, live agent call handling, call routing, call recording, transcription, analytics, and related support services.

2. Client Responsibilities —

The Client agrees to use the services only for lawful purposes, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, obtain required caller consents, and provide accurate information necessary for service delivery.

3. Call Recording and Consent Compliance —

The Client is responsible for compliance with all applicable call recording consent laws, including one-party and all-party consent requirements. AICallPartners provides technical capabilities but does not provide legal advice.

4. HIPAA and Regulated Data —

When applicable, AICallPartners will support HIPAA-compliant operations and enter into Business Associate Agreements as required. The Client remains responsible for regulatory compliance.

5. Data Use, Privacy, and Security —

Use of services is subject to the AICallPartners Privacy Statement. AICallPartners does not sell customer or caller data and maintains reasonable safeguards.

6. Data Retention —

Data is retained only as necessary to provide services or comply with legal or contractual requirements.

7. Service Availability —

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

8. Updates —

Fees and billing terms are defined in applicable agreements. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property —

All intellectual property remains the property of AICallPartners. Clients receive a limited license to use the services during the term.

10. Confidentiality —

Each party agrees to protect the confidentiality of non-public information.

11. Limitation of Liability —

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall not exceed fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification —

The Client agrees to indemnify AICallPartners for claims arising from misuse of services or legal noncompliance.

13. Termination —

Services may be suspended or terminated for breach, non-payment, or legal necessity.

14. Governing Law —

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which AICallPartners is headquartered.

15. Changes to Terms —

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
